worst number app ever, I would send a reply of how the customer support is currently ignoring my messages if I could. The app is definitely not worth it

Hi, I have lowered my rating from 5 stars down to 2 stars, the reason for this is because I reinstalled it again after fixing my storage issue, but now I can't see the entire platform, some elements I can't access because I can't see everything as I used to, I'm trying to log back in, but it keeps telling me to accept the terms, of which, I gladly would but that crucial selection that must be made, I don't see it at all, kindly please fix this, this app was a game changer, it can be again.
