the app is fun however my dietitian claimed they did take my insurance but today I saw $300 that fay charged me. Now I am trying to figure out how to close the accoand I can't seem to get ahold of anyone.Can someone please contact me so that I can get this situation resolved. my dietitian is covered under my insurance but fay itself is not and they are the ones charging me and the charges keep coming in for your information theres no billing department when I click on any of the links yo

I really enjoy learning new things from my dietician Lauryn she really explains things in ways to understand. I like that she gets just as excited as i do when I meat my goals

Dori Goulden is phenomenal. The app can be annoying because it asks you to check in all the time. It does reward you with free for dash coupons

I'm very frustrated that I cannot edit my notification preferences so I am constantly bombarded to check the app through email and text. also the links in the email or text don't take you directly to what the message is about so it's just so much communication in my least preferred ways. I would much prefer to get app push notifications. I'm considering leaving the service literally over these notification issues.
