what is the point of customer support if they're not going to give support. Especially, it states in the FAQ section if this doesn't work reach out to our support team. I reach out for additional help/support not to get the same answer that I had already tried several times. If the instructions had work there was no need for me to reach out to the customer support team. Since my sensor didn't scan and didn't connect then costing me an additional $900 that I could have avoided in the first place

I've had this app working great on my Samsung Galaxy S9+ for many years and now it's no longer compatible with my phone? What gives, Fixd? Make it compatible again. There's no reason why it should not work after all these years.
