It doesn't lock out your phone or make it impossible to use your phone, but when you mindlessly grab your phone, unlock the screen and see your little bean knitting socks with the focus timer ticking away, it's easy to put your phone down and let the bean knit. I'm waiting on more rooms to become available.

The furniture, I would like to see if it would jive with the room before finalizing the purchase. I would also like to know how many hours I've spent per day too, something like a summary. Great app tho, just recommended it to a friend.

I bought this app based on a video of Hank advertising it and honestly felt like giving it a shot. While it seemed like a cute concept ultimately fell a bit flat. First of all, something not really mentioned in the glowing reviews, is that a majority of the best features are locked behind a pay wall. Second of all, if you study quite a bit, say 4-5 hours a day, you'll find that you'll decorate the house pretty quick. There's better apps out there that lock your phone like Yeolpumta.

Love this cute app. I'm another user waiting for more rooms. It would be super helpful to get a glimpse at your roadmap or otherwise hear about where you're at with development and features. I just spent 20 minutes (on my phone lol) trying to find a platform or channelβcommunity, basicallyβfor this app!

Serves its base function as a focus app wonderfully, you can tell this was made by a team that understands ADHD. The funny portion of the app could use some quality-of-life updates. Highly recommend buying the 2-dollar monthly subscription, and if you don't like it you can always cancel.

i like it a lot, the idea that you decorate your little apartment is lovely! i do think it is kind of annoying that you cannot edit your allowed list without paying. Also i would love to see more options for decorating the living room. I think this could use another basic style and not just lo-fi or greenhouse.:) thank you for the cute app!

I like the idea but it has one small nitpick and one large issue for me. 1. there is no exit button. You need to swipe from the bottom up to close it with the android functionality. 2. I noticed the app timer stops or doesn't notify the user when the time is done when the screen is off. I'll not keep the screen on for the duration of a timer so the app doesn't work for me.

I like this app a lot, but I have one feature request: Can Mr Focus Bean have a mode where I can set an alarm and when the alarm is cancelled it goes straight into focus mode? So that when I wake up on a Sunday morning I don't waste an hour+ of my life doomscrolling before I realise I should get Mr Bean knitting.
