whenever I add items to my grocery list, they don't show up. this has been going on for years. and yes, I'm logged in.

The app works properly 50% of the time. It's exceedingly frustrating. This time, i can't add items to my order nor respond to messages from my shopper. I'm about to just use the publix app. Yes they're more expensive, but the app ALWAYS works!

After numerous attempts to link my MVP card it continues to say account not found. Tried creating a new account and won't let me do that either. So I tried to check out without getting any discounts and then I'm charged for a pick up fee?? Because don't you pay your employees to do that job? why should I have to pay yet another fee on top of not receiving any of the discounts for being an MVP member? I've tried to fix the issue through the help option in the app but it was no help either.

Extremely buggy and crashes both on my phone and on my computer. I've been stuck with some pretty awful substitutions and had to go inside for a refund. All of that could be avoided if the "chat with shopper" feature actually worked.

app consistently says order is ready. drive to the grocery store, and slow app either never works or takes forever. call the store, and they always say they'll let the store know I'm there. wait a bit more and just give up. save yourself the 5 bucks and just go inside. app is slow, clunky, and out of date.
