Recently took delivery of a 2025 Ford Explorer. The app works great. It's nice to be able to enjoy a wide range of music choices.

EDIT TO RESPOND TO DEVELOPER'S REPLY: NO, I'm not sending an email to repeat the very same concern that I clearly identified in this review. That's not my job; that's yours... unless you don't actually care about constructive feedback. ORIGINAL REVIEW: App used to be flawless. Now I have to reach into my pocket while I'm driving and fumble around for permission to use the microphone. The developers have royally screwed up a great experience

***EDIT 6/22/25***Update*** Has been running much more reliably. I can do what I want to do, i.e., arm/disarm Ring, turn lights on/off, etc. Previous review it just wouldn't work consistently and gave it 2 stars. Hope it stays operational. Quite handy to pull in the driveway and turn off the alarm and turn on the lights.

Doesn't work folks don't waste your time if you have to download this don't do it just go on Amazon and get a Android auto adapter then you no longer have to plug in your phone they're about 30 bucks then add an Alexa Echo Auto they are also a Max of 30 bucks now you have hands-free music complete access to all your Maps ability to use Alexa and everything on your Bronco sport or other without plugging in a phone

Admirable start for this app, but needs a few minor enhancements to make it "good". Notiblely the ability to add the same linked music streaming services that you have at home. Like Spotify and Apple. My Alexa device is at home can play streaming from these services. This app cannot. Also need a setting for the app to start automatically when your phone is connected to your vehicle, without having to go thru so many button presses on both the Sync3 and phone.
