worked fine for 6 weeks and then it says my truck is on and it's not and where are the climate controls? Come on Ford bring it back!

every update causes my app to not work for a few weeks......so frustrated with it. have to delete uninstall and reinstall and re set up my truck.

Update - almost a year later and remote start still fails 30% of the time. This is unacceptable. Original - I updated the app several days ago and my vehicle has started with no active schedule twice, then today tried to start with no active schedule but said that it couldn't connect. I couldn't remotely lock my doors or start my vehicle which was not fun since it is -14C right now and I had to sit in my vehicle while it warmed up.
