This latest update is definitely an improvement. However, it still doesn't work every time, and it may take a minute or so to engage. Also, you still cannot use the scheduler. It's still producing an error message. All totaled, it's better but not great.

9/14/25 Update: super unreliable. Sometimes can (slowly) control Kuhl ACs and sometimes nothing happens. Doesn't matter if wifi or 5g. Scheduler still 100% non-functional. Temperature graph page from old app also gone. 3 to 2*s

The scheduling function of this app is worthless. The only real reason to download it was the promise of being able to flexibly program it your way. No luck. The other functions come fine with the included remote control. Don't waste your time. what a missed opportunity.

Forced to switch to this app from the friedrich connect app. This app barely works. Half the controls I select do not work, and the scheduler always gives an error and doesn't function. The connect app was clunky, but at least I had it working. Really disappointing to see this useless an app for an air conditioner that costs so much. Never buying another wallmaster.

UPDATE. I tried a new password without a special character and now it works. so dont make a password that follows basic security recommendations.... upgrade to this app and it won't let me log in I've changed my password twice and still cant log in and now the old app won't let me log in either.

It is very difficult to adjust the setpoint. Schedule not working. Missing diagnostics. I can't believe a new app is released that is dumbed down.

Worst experience so far. Unit will not connect to Friedrichlink app. Put in help desk ticket 3 weeks ago, and literally have not heard anything from them. They have no idea how to fix connections issue. F- and would never advise anyone to buy these products. They really need to figure out the app/connections issues ASAP for folks that need remote access to their units. Unit is 2 years old.
