I've been a user of this app for years. I also own several Geeni cameras. Everything has been fine, that is, until about 6 months ago, when the Geeni app started to roll out advertising on their 'security cloud storage'. Now, every time the doorbell rings, EVERY TIME I open the app, I have to wait at least 5 seconds to open the app because you can't skip the Geeni ad. IMO, this is dangerous... seconds count when I can't see who's at my door!! I might be going with Alexa or Google soon! Shame...

This app has drastically improved and a lot of bugs have been fixed. I have not had any issues with it for a good year. Its loading better than before and I honestly love it. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the app keeps turning the notifications back on and I have to keep shutting it back off.

I don't want your cloud storage. like for the love of god, I dont want your cloud storage. Every 30 minutes, a random notification asking for me to buy the storage. I paid for the hardware already, I'm not paying for storage. literally every 30 mins, and every time I open the app.

you need to edit your spelling and notification time. Just got a notification for free cloud storage, clicked it, its no longer available. step your game up.

had this camera for years it is never gone offline that wasn't my fault and it is never failed to give me a notification and while playback is very iffy and really should be improved after all this length of time your product has been out it is still available it is still accurate I just would like to see more features on this camera. things I would like to see are more options to set alarm tones and easier and more accurate access to play back times.

I am very pleased that I purchased this product before investing in a more well-known and expensive brand. I'm happy I made this choice because it is not only affordable but even better than the commonly known brands. My mother has one of the major name-brand products, and she is actually switching to Geeni because it's much simpler to use. It offers perfect view, perfect sound, and perfect storage. Overall, I believe it's a fantastic product, and I am fully on Team Geeni!
