Horrible app. Always having issues. I still cannot video visit my husband. I have called y'all 4 times with no results. 2025 still horrible. for the mo ey we pay yall get it together. you want my id and selfie but then dont say where to upload. constant phone issues, days to approve pictures, video visits won't connect. yall suck

so I have installed and uninstalled this app about six times now I have accepted and okayed all of the permissions that this app requires to function and it's still is telling me that camera and microphone access are required to use this app.. it doesn't matter if I accept permissions for those or I deny those permissions either way it still will not let me open this application to be able to video chat... all it does is tell me that those permissions are needed to run app then it closes...

in the last two years of having this app it has not gotten any better from the first time I used it. why don't you stick with jpay app? it works way better for messages & pics & the visual. ugh where can I complain to the facilities with public reviews?!?!?!!? yuck!!!!

I can get. ideo calls sometimes. My guy has to call me right before so I can watch cause the notifications doesnt work. Then I can see him but the camera for him to see me isn't working at all is all he sees is everything else and I cant get the camera to turn at all. Help please.
