I received a non-functional pen battery and because of a minor issue with the unboxing video the app moderators wouldn't give a refund for a broken product. I also sent a video showing that the battery wouldn't take a charge. I'm a 1st time customer and would hope that the company would be understanding about the video issue because of that. I'm now a last time customer. It's clear that they don't value their customers.

I wouldn't recommend this app to sellers, ever. My first transaction took 5 days to pay out, but I was promised the money within a 72 hour window of delivery. I received an apology, not compensation for time wasted chasing my own money

Great way to shop for cool glass dab rigs, also they hold your money in escrow then you can release the funds to the seller once you get your stuff you and got nothing to worry about

keeps closing when I try and upload a video. The app is constantly crashing. We can make you money if your app isn't working. people want function videos. fix this asap. you guys are losing money.
