This app is useful, but I have a slight problem with it. Every time I opened this app, it said "Using Class Offline" even though I have Internet. How do I solve this problem?

it couldn't load any notifications and asked me to try refreshing or get back later. it's been more than a month and the problem was not fixed yet. Report filed and nothing improved. I've already tried to uninstall and reinstall, but still the same
