"Prepaid" plan ended 9/27. I couldn't pay until 10/15. I used a different phone and wifi for those 2 weeks. When I paid it the 15th they said I had already used 7 gigs of data and my bill was due in 12 days. so they have slowed my phone to 3g service and prevent me from opening any of my work emails. Prepaid service starts the minute you prepay the bill. not for 2 weeks prior to when you pay it. day 1 pay bill get service. day 28 either off or pay how hard is it Google??
