Health Joy reached out to me to let me know that they had received a request for precertification for myself. They contacted me with a email informing me that they were going to review the request and get back with me within 48 business hours. To my surprise on the same day within 2 hours I received a follow-up email telling me that my results were available in my HealthJoy inbox. To me that is great customer service!

Do not trust the insurance info displayed by this app. It has way too much inaccurate information regarding insurance coverage and deductibles. Always check your insurance website directly. The only nice feature of this app is having all insurance information (plan numbers and links to websites) in one place.
