pros: variety of exercises & ability to filter or custom set features; price cons: the "algorithm" is unsophisticated - it does not remember/learn from your previous inputs. each "set", even when adjusted to "custom", only draw from a pre-determined set of exercises. thus,, ,there are hundreds or even thousands of exercises available that do not even get served. even when manually including & excluding, the variables are limited. also, "supine" means "on your back" - on your stomach is "prone"

I have a condition where if I lift weights with my hands or bend my elbow I damage my elbow nerve. So I can't do pushups, elbow planks, no moves bending the elbow, etc. Could you help? Edit: Maybe use AI? If it helps maybe pretend I have no arms?

It's really good, I just can't afford the subscription. So I can't stay with the app. If it had some sort of free option I'd absolutely stick with it.
