Works well when connected, BUT the wifi on the ship constantly drops off devices fairly quickly if you aren't using it. And it's not clear that you need to sign back in, numerous times during the day. Open the Ap, go to Home tab and scroll down to dark blue message block that says 'Cruise 101.' Open that, scroll down down down to 'Welcome On Board' and just below click on 'Internet' to open your Internet Plan. When you see it ask for your Room Number and DOB, Log in/Connect Now.

very poor experience ... difficult to get data in Navigator ... app seems to direct me to get paid internet access.

This app fails to detect when connected to WiFi on the ship, even after restarting the app. Tried to reinstall, but this didn't resolve the issue.
