I love the Fit Coach App and have been using it for years. It has plenty of varied exercises to choose from. You can tailor which ones you want to do on which days and it has a helpful weight check function too. I also like the fact I can listen to my Spotify workout playlist whilst exercising. The App has many more features which I haven't explored yet, such as the fasting and meal planning. If you want to workout from home, I would highly recommend this App. I find it is good value for money.

Had a billing issue, they offered me a free year in exchange. I answered the email to accept their offer. That was in April. It is now almost August. Now, I just get ghosted. I've contacted the parent company. They'd tell me someone else is supposed to contact me. Someone else contacts me and I get some kind of weird scripted answer. I send them the original emails and then they stop responding again. They're untrustworthy, and a rip-off. Customer service is a joke. Do not download this app.
