The app crashes after opening with the inner screen of a folding phone. imagine the hassle at the airport when you can't access your boarding pass. You will need to reinstall the app again. Easily fixable.

had to book using 4 separate bookings for a group of 7 which has been difficult to manage with the tour packages and all the flight changes.

Not very good. I never received the verification code to my email, as such it didn't let me in into the APP. I tried calling but could nit get an answer. I tried chatting but the robot could not understand my issue. I asked for a human agent to Chat

very helpful staff , my flight was cancelled due to bad weather but the airline arranged everything... accommodation, transfer & food very efficiently .. I have travelled with the so called best airlines around the globe but I think iceland airline should be called best airline in the world keep it up iceland airlines π

Get Your Guide Integration Not Working. I've had issues with this since a year ago, but now it's even worse. I've made a tour reservation, no idea if it will count toward my Saga Points. It never lets me Log In to my GYG account. Now it opens a browser, which never asks for my Saga number at payment. I don't recall this being this bad a year ago. I hope someone resolves it because I'm using your app to book, but unsure what's the point if I don't receive loyalty benefits.

I've only read back one year and multiple complaints about boarding passes disappearing. Same to me just now. Amazing that this can't be fixed. Print your boarding passes people because this app is garbage. Fortunately I did.
