The app is a Rip off. Doesn't function as suggested. Purchased a 3 month plan via Google Play and unsubscribed to avoid auto renewal. The app funtio s were immediately revoked without giving me what I had paid for (I.e use for 3 months) contacted support and I was asked to get a refund vis google play store. Contacted google play store and they say they don't refund as it doesn't fall into li e with thier refund policy. Thi is a rip off don't get this and loose your data and money.

Does not transfer within files No support for incloudz and no instant messaging as offered and account stops although still remaining 28 days to cancelation

It's a paid service, the free version doesn't do anything.

After you sign up and give everything authorization, then it wants to tell you that they charge waste of time to sign up. Don't download this app

The device is terrible. I've bought 150gb transfer and I haven't been able to transfer just empty folders. The cloud transfer gets so slow that you think it's not working. The support is the worst. They have a chat, and the funny thing is that this service Incloudz it's not even listed in the support help. I tried getting help with another similar service they have, but I still getting no answer from an agent, just chat bot which doesn't answer my request.

First class and prompt customer service provided by Joey. Tried InClowdz, but unfortunately not all my cloud services were supported. Therefore decided to cancel subscription, this was handled in a professional manner and all acount details were quickly deleted.

This App will not let you create an account. It just keeps saying enter email and password. Which obviously have been entered. The same issue trying to create an account through their website. Cant use preferred email. It would only let me create an account though their site using Google. The app does not offer Google option and typung it results in sane error, telling you to enter the information. Seems website may work, if so no need for app.
