The insta360 cloud is a scam, you cannot auto edit video from several cloud footage or even download to the album, a you dare take money for this, shame on you. The insta 360+ subscription promised cloud edit and it not there. And why error messages in your freaking up showed in freaking Chinese symbols ??!!

App won't function as needed. It crashes or restarts and reverts to main menu if I try and going to 'edits and exports', I can't even upload a profile picture. I've deleted so much off my phone, cleared the cache, and freed up lots space, restarted the phone so many times, none of that has helped. π

Useless for editing. you can only use the app for registering your camera or to download your videos. when you use it for editing it will crash everytime you export the result. after spending 1hr with support being told the same thing that I have done, the escalated engineer only told me that my S23 doesn't have enough memory and to use the Studio with the desktop instead.

Exporting videos doesn't work on my Pixel 10 ProXL. The export screen just sits there and does nothing. Never had this issue on my previous Pixel 8 Pro phone or the previous app version. I've reinstalled the app, and cleared cache with no success. camera firmware is current.
