cannot change drink The app works okay for some things but if you order any meal and want to order a drink with it, you cannot change it. you can select new ones but it will never go through. just returns to being Pepsi. it's been like this for months now and it's not been fixed.

I'm so sorry but people who would ever order from KFC will not order from KFC at the current prices. You will be in bankruptcy within 18 months.

the app is easy to use the store gets a little confused sometimes π, but all in all it's good!

I tried ordering on the app just. In general. You can't check out your bag at all. You can't even select it to look inside your bag.

Your app has one function. To show a menu and order food. Somehow this makes it as laggy as possible and thats unacceptable.

I have only ever ordered single items because there is no way to change drinks and sides in the app. A menu will come up, but when you select a different side or drink, it doesn't save your choice.
