Terible app and Tereible Service. They show you cheap tickets by just booking with multiple airlines. Then, one airline decided not to continue with their flight. So, I requested cancelation and got $200 back for a $700 ticket that I booked, and Kiwi is saying they won't give the whole refund because the airline decided to cancel, not them. but they are the one who booked these tickets without communicating to the multiple airlines they book us with. I've never seen such a shitshow anywhere.

A disgusting fraudulent company. I booked tickets, paid for the upgrade to reschedule them and then paid the fee to reschedule them. I arrived at the airport and was denied boarding because the airport said that my tickets were cancelled and never rescheduled. Kiwi refused to refund me my money because they claim that even though the airport shows that the tickets do not exist and I was denied boarding, they show that the tickets were booked and according to their policies, no refund.

With a premium service and I had to do the check-in by myself Sad.... Don't trust them . Check by yourselves. After 6 months.. same thing. Online check-in is open 30 days before if your seat is reserved. And yet you have to wait until last moment. π I don't get it. WHY? I did it myself again ... shame I forgot about what happened and I used Kiwi again. Refunds are an elaborate scam. I paid for flexible and still didn't get my full refund. Seats are not part of ticket? wow . Don't recommend.

it's very slow. because of all the ways they try to trick you into buying something you don't want. seats insurance etc. I only used the app for the 35 dollar promo code.

Got the outward flight but cannot for the life of me find my return flight. It says I have no trips planned but I'm already at my destination with no way of contacting the company to find out what the hell's going on. Never booking again it's added stress to what would of been a perfect trip otherwise.
