Can't connect Kohl's Card to Capital One anymore and the filter/search is very basic.

Birthday Kohl's cash is a joke. I wasted hours trying to make it work, chatting with customer service, getting lied to about how it would be retroactively applied to my order. I trusted the customer service associates (I had to contact them 4 times! And make multiple orders!) and they each had some excuse. The only birthday gift from Kohl's was a giant headache. Nothing but "sorry for the inconvenience," nothing to make things right. Fix your policies and birthday emails. I'm done with Kohl's.

the wallet section is frozen at 0 even though acct on line shoes kohls cash. won't let me add cash. same for gift card section. used to work, now useless
