fraud.doesn't contain data of Indian food accept american .on adding mannually it crashes. data base is incomplete. can't scan QR code. it's policy section in the app uses vague language for a common man to understand and on emailing,thi i mentioned the issue they respond to refer the app policy section. no other help. I asked for my refund of annual plan they didn't respond it have been a month now and they don't respect there own policy of refund aswell. don't fall into it is a failure company

It doesn't recognize most barcodes and says there is no product when other apps can identify them. When it does recognize products, it counts them incorrectly. There is no synchronization with other apps or devices, so it's not very useful. It seems like a high price for such a low-quality product. This is strange.

Money Taken in 3 day free trial After trying to scan 2 items without success, I decided I wouldn't proceed beyond the trial. In addition it was extremely slow between screens. unsubscribed within an hour to have Β£6.49 taken out of my account. This is not a free trial.

first collects all your info then wants to sell you a plan. I'd consider paying for it if it was up front about it from the very beginning. now it just feels like I was lured into a trap
