Website functionality is not very intuitive and doesn't make sense - for examle the items i wanted are in stock at the Palm Springs store and the system provided options pickup in store 11/11 - a week from today. OR can be mailed and delivered TODAY if order placed by 2 PM. If you are able pick the item today for delivery, why can you not.pick them today for pickup? It just doesn't seem logical!

Paint department was very knowledgeable and helpful with fast service. clerk checked me out and a young man loaded my car!! definitely a 5 star trip today!!

this is total BS. my Lowe's app no longer opens says to update but impossible to do so, says no longer compatible. pure unadulterated BS. !!!!

had to click on things numerous times to get the order to process correctly. paint picking options is user-UNfriendly. never was able to pick the paints I wanted
