It's never clear which breath you're taking when you open the app from the notification, and there is no way to fix it when you're done. I try to be aware of the timepoint, but I expect the app to keep better track. I've been tracking for a couple of months now, and it hasn't been helpful for me. Glad others seem to like it.

I paid for the device and am close to the end of my second year. It really hasn't done much to support my wellbeing. Add to that they are now actively promoting a "newer better" version. I actually see no value in the product. My next job will be trying to figure out how to cancel future payments.

I paid for the device and 2 annual memberships but that's not enough for this greedy company. Very poor taste to force people to link a card so you can auto renew their membership a year later when they probably stopped using the app. If the app was good and worth the money, you wouldn't have to trick people into paying.

Device works well but after purchasing the device some users still have to pay the subscription for it to work even though you purchased the device up front. Other users only have to pay for the additional features and can use the device without the subscription depending on the version you have.

poor. it wants me to enter my last mean but the only option its giving me to choose from is yesterday n today. well I've been fasting over 36 hrs , lumen says it can't give me a good insight till I put in my last meal. So its poorly designed.
