This app is great. Easy to use. But not only that, the programs are very well created. I have been consistent with it for two months after having a very inconsistent year. Idalis and Megan are great trainers who focus on the pillars of growth, rather than being all over the place. im loving it and recommending it to everyone I know.

This fitness app has been a game changer! Megan and Idalis frequently check in with the group whether it be comments on the group app or live videos to check in! Can tell that they genuinely care about the health and well-being of others!!! So much education involved in the app. Highly recommend!!!!!

I've been doing at home workouts for 10 years. The education and authenticity from Idalis & Megan is refreshing. It feels like working out daily with your own personal trainer. I absolutely look forward to working out every day!!

love this app! Finding out a lot about good nutrition and eating healthy with a lot of helpful tips! Also AWESOME workouts with a great variety. The weight training is so great for our bodies and love all the cardio and core work and so so much more! Megan and Idalis explain everything so well and are so helpful! I feel like I have my own personal trainers! I love this Made4 community!

If you love Idalis & Megan, you'll love this app! Idalis is who got me into running so when I saw she created her own app, I jumped on immediately! The structure is awesome & I love all the different workouts available.
