last few days, the app hasn't been working correctly. every time I tried to click an item, a gray pop up window appears and says the page is loading.

Constantly get a message when I open the app that the page is being resubmitted and it just keeps going in the circle thinking and I couldn't tell you how many times it reads I have no rewards and asks if I signed up in store or if I want to sign up and I've been a member for years. I go to look for my rewards after getting an email stating that I have Rewards and the app is useful to me. I spend a lot of time on this app hitting cancel or the back button.

Terrible app. Won't let me log in, reset password, create an account, link my existing rewards (I signed up in the store). Even using the link from their email encouraging me to download the app doesn't work. How embarrassing for Michael's. I miss Joann's.๐ข

Cannot access Rewards or coupons. Instead, after trying multiple times all I get is an error message telling me to resubmit right before the app freezes up. What's going on? please fix this
