Worst experience between website and a streaming app I've ever had. During sign up there was no clear indication what package had what I wanted, subscribed to wrong package and now I can't change that package or upgrade so I have an account for a month that I will never use. Navigating website is nearly impossible. The app is also a cluster of useless videos and clips.

Initially couldn't get to work and would crash when trying to load a stream. Tried again today and worked great.
