Love the the app's holistic approach to fitness and general well-being and it motivates me to keep going! Only reason I don't give 5 stars (yet) is that while the majority of the content seems to be very high production value, I have come across content of inferior quality. (Namely "Mindful Practice: Relax your Muscles" : static noise throughout the recording, audio cuts out multiple times and it completey forgets the muscles of hands and arms!) I'd love a button to report such issues in-app!

its my first workout today and good vibes all around, ive followed Camilla for like 2 years now and her online vibe is the same as here. show up as much as you can and small and consistent is better then big and inconsistent. She does great at explaining and the low energy day workouts work and dont make you feel too exhausted afterwards, its just a really nice way to show up for yourself every day. I'm definitely going to try to keep this up!

I am experienced in fitness so this app was not made for me, BUT I loved it and $10 a month is less than a gym membership for me. The motivational videos and the walking series were my favorite. I halted my subscription for a few months and decided I would benefit from community group fitness more, but Cam helped me enjoy exercise again. The app as a vessel can be improved, but Cams energy and passion make up for it, and an app makes it more accessible to others in the world. I do recommend it!

I have always hated running, but I did my first ever guided run and absolutely loved it! I cannot wait for my next run. Feels weird to say it out loud.
