I only had this 2wks but I liked it cuz of the unique food options. I was forced to cancel due to their delivery system where they have a specific delivery day for you each week. Mine was Thursdays. I work all day Thursdays and was hoping to get it changed as I would be unable to put my groceries inside. They would either be sitting outside spoiling or someone might steal it. For some reason they couldn't/wouldn't change this so I canceled. This made things harder for me. Not convenient at all.

more often than not, I can't access the app. I've placed 3 orders, and while I like the service, the inconvenience of not accessing a change prior to the tiny shopping window before shipment is frustrating and making me reconsider. I've deleted and reloaded the app several times. Not sure what the issue is.

Had high hopes :/ Prices are the same (sometimes MUCH worse) than in-store. I also looked at products for a month and about 1 in every 12 items was "rescued" (surplus inventory, imperfect foods, packaging errors, upcycled products, etc) (I thought that was their whole appeal?) They also have a big gap between when you shop and when your order is shipped. The shopping window is only half the week for a *weekly* service! I wish they actually cared about their "mission" :(

I had to cancel my subscription for a second time because I was randomly charged and received a box. This is the second time it's happened. The customer service person tried saying it was a temporary pause in subscription when I knew I had canceled it the first time it had happened. They charged me 56.71 so now I'm short that for bill money. I'm pregnant and on only one income. I highly do not recommend even checking this app out because you have to put in your card information. Very displeased

You can't even look around without adding payment information. It shouldn't be mandatory to add it in when your signing up and have no idea if you're going to order or keep. There should be a skip and add later button.

I love this service. I live in a very rural area and it is so nice to have fresh produce delivered to our door vs. a 45 minute drive (one way) to my nearest grocery store and prices are comparable to Walmart store brand with better quality products. Highly recommend!
