The registration and login credentialing procedure does not work. Tried 1 month later. App still fails to recognize valid login credentials. Phone rep unable to help. This is a useless app.

This app sucks. Got it for work, as they said we would be switching on July 1st from the older version. This version is useless for step counting, via Walkingspree or Samsung Health. EDIT: OK, so after playing with the app, playing with Health connect, playing with Walkingspree app. I figured it out. It was multiple permission issues among all 3 platforms. Adjusted permissions, closed everything out. It seems to be working properly. 4 stars, will change to 5, if a few other things get worked on
