Booked a holiday to Tenerife on Tuesday 21st for a family of five leaving on Monday 27th. You can imagine how little was left, yet Berenice from My Travel Counsellor, was amazing. Berenice took all of my requests and didn't stop looking and planning to all our needs were met as a family travelling for the first time on a foreign holiday. We were so impressed with her, patience, kindness, professionalism and all around cheerful personality making a stressful experience very pleasant and fun!! π

Great, very helpful travel advice and planning from my own Travel Councillor. Looking forward to many more good holidays before the insurance cost gets even more silly! The myTC app and website are both easy to navigate. 10/10
