so I bought package to watch bruins and redsox. game 1 playoff game and can't even find game on app. no problem taking my money though.

Paid $29.95 to watch Red Sox but keep getting denied because of my prescribed (Spectrum). If I unsubscribe do I get my money back? When I try the NESNStream button I get a message telling me; "9:01 δΈ€ε›žγ€‚ 38 NESN360 Spectrum "The MVPD has returned a Deny decision when requestin authorization for the specified resource."
