The app just opens to a Nespresso logo and does nothing. I have tried reloading it several times, but it does the same thing each time.

The app is slow. Interface is not intuitive, streamliner or good looking. The Nespresso customer service is slow to accept accountability or any feedback.

This app supposedly connects to my vertuo next deluxe machine. It only connected once, months ago. It supposedly changes the coffee size as well but... again, it can't connect. The issue might actually come from the machines being fitted with the most useless WiFi modules that require 2.4gh WiFi etc, which has a lower range and reliability than 5gh. I don't really care. Regardless, the functionality is off.

Every time open the app, it always shows a network error. I thought the issue was only on my network or phone, but it's not. I tried all data and wifi networks, even tried the latest Android phone with version 15, but the issue remains the same, and it has been 2 months
