Not sure what's going on but the app refuses to open (Samsung galaxy S25 Ultra) on my phone. Tried going into the app and clearing the cache & restarting my phone. Didn't work so went back in app settings & cleared the data & restarted my phone. Still didn't work, so uninstalled the app, reinstalled then restarted the phone. App still refused to open, so I just uninstalled and cut my losses. App is unserviceable and should not be used by anyone until it is fixed by the NFL SoftDev teams.

As of the Oct 03, 2025 update the app will not load. You get a spinning icon that never stops spinning.

No longer opens, despite uninstall and reinstall.

This app sucks! Screen rotates constantly and won't stay in one position. On a tablet, it won't go to full screen landscape mode, and the app freezes or crashes routinely. You'd think with the BILLIONS the NFL makes every single year they'd spend the money on their proprietary streaming service. What a joke and has been for years now. It's not worth $14.99 a month and I wouldn't get suckered into paying $99.99 a year of I were reading this.
