Nordstrom is outstanding. I had a package disappear and I phoned Nordstrom. within an hour I received an email informing me they were investigating. This was yesterday. This morning I had an e mail informing me of a refund. THANK YOU ! I always shop at Nordstrom. When they have sales it's great because you get the amazing products at a reduced price. Their service is second to none. Thank you Nordstrom π
