can't change dates even with opodo prime and they take the money automatically even though you've told them you don't want prime. Hotel and car deals are overpriced

Not happy with the price increase half way through the booking it's happening too often, the price at the start of booking should be the price you pay at the end of booking unless I add any extras! 😑

Whatever you do, do NOT BOOK THROUGH OPODO, especially for multi-stopover flights. We booked a six-legged flight through them, just to find ourselves without flights for initially confirmed (and paid for) flights. We had to pay for replacement flights. It took us MONTHS and countless phone calls and emails to get some of it refunded, but to this day they still owe us over 1 000€. A friend of ours has had a similar experience and has never been refunded about 2 000€. Rather just book direct!

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading and Unhelpful. Customer support is virtually non-existent, no real help, no accountability. Misleading booking process and zero willingness to assist. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend. The platform is overly stringent and not flexible at all, even when rules are clearly misunderstood in good faith.

I forgot the subscription, got billed for the entire year, called the next day, no refunds no nothing. Very scummy strategy, I would recommend getting tickets somewhere else. Also seems like the app falling apart now, they got hit heavily by laws or something, which is deserved for all the people they got "subscribed"
