This is a horrible App,especially when you're seeking couples help. Just throw the whole App away...Too many glitches,can't even get my spouse on board due to performance issues with App. I hated to leave bad review,but after seeing customers complain about same issue,I know its not just me or my phone...Then to have to wait 24-48 hrs,im on the clock with this trial period.

The app is pretty buggy, most times I had to use it I would run into a bug of some sort. The learning content is okay, nothing special in my opinion and I feel like it could use improvements. The specialist we worked with was good, no complaints there. Scheduling was a bit tricky at times though since our specialist was in a time zone 12ish hours away. Their app support isn't great as other reviews have said. I'm not sure I can recommend Our Ritual for the price.

For some I think having an app with short video clips of reminders to do or say or listen to, something is very helpful for me. I wouldn't recommend this app for someone dealing with a major issue in their life but it's good for the person that knows they would benefit from a pro to look inside and remind you of what could change or could improve on.

I continue to receive email and notification prompts to complete exercises, but when I click on the notification or the link in the email I'm sent to the homepage of the app and cannot locate any exercises. I'm pretty sure the default time zone is in Europe as my emotion update posts on the next day if I complete it after about 4 PM Eastern. I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to be doing with my partner. This feels more like an emotional guidance app than an effort to work with together.
