I really like the idea of this app, but it works so poorly and is so frustrating to use. Issues include the simple fact that it's painfully slow - it has to load for a while every click; it often mis-identifies our cats (about 1 lb apart) - I'm not an expert on AI, but I could set weight parameters myself in 10 seconds that would work better than this, so it seems like a dramatic oversell to say it uses AI to distinguish cats, and the graphs it produces are terrible and can't be reformatted.

Until recently I was impressed with the precise measurements and visuals of the app. A couple months on it is constantly misidentifying our two cats (1Lb apart). The inability to share data with other family members, (Yes, not all cat owners are single middle aged women) leaves a lot to be desired. Most other smart-home apps allow you to share the data/controls with other accounts without having to sign your whole Google or Apple account into their device. Aaaand now the "events tab is broken"

βββββ Downloaded Petitivity all excited to track my petβ¦ only to find out itβs cats-only. My dog looked at me like, seriously? Not cool. Until you show some love to the pups, this appβs just a fancy scratching post. πΆβοΈ

The hardware is brilliant, but the app is bogus. It bombards me with notifications each time one of my cats uses the litterbox, when all I want to know is when my cat with FLUTD *doesn't* urinate regularly. Also, the weight monitoring focuses on minor fluctuations. Alerts say "your cat's weight is up 2% from last week" not "your cat's average weight this month is up 2% from last year"- I miss important trends and get notified about large snacks. Needs a *lot* more customization and thought!!!

I've had the app for over a year, and in April I started having issues opening the app or logging events. Uninstalled, reinstalled over and over and suddenly it worked again. Two weeks ago, I started having issues again. The app logs me out and won't let me log back in, or just flat out won't open after getting event notifications.

Set up was easy, but I had to do it 5 or 6 times! Each time I check the app it shows no events or alerts, it hasn't even measured her weight!! I can look at the box and clearly see that the cat has used it, so either the Monitor doesn't receive that information or the app isnt functioning. So far this thing is a fancy litter box stand.

It keeps telling me to log in, the only options it gives are Google and Apple. I use a Yahoo address. So I am not able to see my pets info.
