I've had this app for a couple years (I think) and I loved it. But then maybe 6 months ago every time i would ID an insect, once I scroll down past the initial name and photo a gray bar comes up, filling more than 3/4 the screen! leaving me w just a tiny portion at the top of the screen I can view the information! I messaged the creators, TWICE and never heard back!? I deleted the app data on my phone then deleted the app > reinstalled. It worked ok a couple times and then it started again!

I checked, there was no genus Draposa in the correcting list, which means the lists of animals this app has are limited.. but That's fine, there are way too many species. I'm sure this app can improve better in the following future.

THIS APP IS DESIGNED TO STEAL YOUR MONEY! I just wanted to identify a bug for my kid but instead I downloaded this App which didn't identify the bug, then I was fooled out of $32.00 because after the free 7 day trial (which button I had completely forgotten I'd clicked in our continued search for pictures of this bug) it automatically charges you for a year subscription. If the company sincerely cared they would change it from automatically charging a year subscription to only charging a month!

This is a very good app, i scanned most insects and bugs, well sometimes it works but sometimes it misidentified so it's okay, the developers yet also put all important things about insects and my first insect was caryanda spuria thank you to the good developers for making thisπππͺ²ππ¦π·πͺ³πΈπ¦π¦πͺ°ππͺ±π¦πππ

I was charged for this app and did not authorize the payment. trying to get my money back and have had no success.
