The app doesn't sync to the receiver no matter what I try. Customer service is hopeless and gave up in the middle of a conversation. Returned the Pioneer unit and got a Kenwood. The Kenwood synched perfectly without any apps and is much more responsive.

I love the app, but it's been giving me issues. it seems every time I move the app crashes and disconnects entirely. this never happened before on my old phone, and I even unpaired the other device. I want to use this app because of the live simulation EQ, but can't because of this issue.
