App is slow and crashing way too often.

takes ages to load, which ends up making me clock in late, sometimes signs me out and you have to restart it sometimes when you lose internet

You need to improve. We cant see the household we are allocated to again. Please look into this asap.

Terrible app. I have just been asked to download it. The app sends me to my email box, so I can log in. Once logged in, my account shows on my email box/browser page, whilst if I try to log in again with the app, it keeps me in a loop by sending me to my email box again. Moreover, if I send a message to the help centre, explaining the problem, the AI tells me to ask my admin, ending the conversation and closing the chat. Obviously my admin is not a planday it expert
