what happened? What is wrong with you and what you did to the new format with the tv streaming? it's terrible, completely impossible to navigate. what used to take one click now takes 5? Please fix this!

Funny how the 'free to stream' and their accompanying ads works super smoothly and yet the app can no longer pick up the Plex server on my network. And also how easy it is to add all my steaming services, and yet adding my local network Plex server is impossible. In 2016 I gave Plex 5 stars, it was awesome. Now I would give it zero stars I could. I'm expecting an update to my TV Plex app soon to make that unusable for Network media. Your update has got to be the worst update in history

Completely broken on Nvidia Shield TV on new update. Freezes and crashes immediately!

Works terribly if you don't wavy their algorithm nonsense. I DON'T WANT ANY ALGORITHM NONSENSE I WANT TO TURN OFF RECOMMENDED ACCOUNT WIDE AND OPEN UP TO LIBRARIES NOT "HOME" NONSENSE! Load it up offline with the garbage off, it acts like you don't have anything downloaded. Better option is syncthing (or a USB drive) and VLC.

App works OK on mobile devices with frequent connection issues that require reseting the application if there is any interruption to the service when accessing remotely. Initially paid a 'one off' fee to access my own data from a personal device. Now required to pay a subscription based fee with no purchase outright option or acknowledgement of my previous purchase for remote access, the purpose of the application. Unable to get a refund.

This app worked flawlessly for years with my setup, but hasn't ever since they did the big redesign and upped all the prices. Just far too many issues to even list. Sad to see something community driven implode. Not worth giving them a cent.
