Horrible! Used to be able to just print a label. Now, I can't even center the text without it wanting me to subscribe for $6.99/month. I don't need or want AI features to print basic labels!

When I first opened the app, it asked me my name and then proceeded to print a long label that was not needed. What a waste of tape! The app is ok but has a lot of "premium features" that you have to pay for. These are all mixed in with the free ones, which is annoying to navigate. Lastly, it connected to my printer fine, but it wouldn't let me print anything until I created an account. Cheers, I needed more spam emails!

used this app for a few years now, but for some reason it keeps crashing

Horrible ever since app started offering a paid vip level. Fonts keep changing - not consistently there anymore, others now cost where they didnt always. Lastly since Oct 2025 if trying to print certain things like a thick grid you cant wont show up on print preview version. Absolutly aweful dont waste your time or money! Also why did they get ride of the time stamps of when labels were created or printed that was so helpful. Please bring that feature back!
