The app sucks because twice I've spent points to lower my gas prices even more and the app subtracts the points but nothing happens at the pump.

I use to have no problems with the app but in the past few months ago I redeemed 9000 points for 10$ of instore credit only to find out a month or 2 later they completely wiped it from my account; without any email or message saying why they'd remove the 10 dollars of credit. I would like to know why you guys decided to remove it since I know for a fact I'm using the right account details and would love for you guys to reach back.
