setting up a device is hit or miss. scanning the QR on a phone works once in a while if at all. I had to reset my phone and when I logged back in I had to redo my system, adding back 4 cameras and the doorbell. Support is non-existent.

2 way audio doesn't work. I can't hear anyone from the doorbell through the app. they can hear me . very frustrating
