Personally I find it impossible to talk to the bot. Mid sentence she's in there interrupting with nothing actually to say. It gets worse the company are predatory and will change after you have cancelled. Biggest scam after Nigerians.

after having the app for over a year and using it everyday... all the sudden im blocked out for " being under 18".. yeahhhh im 48!!! ive never changed anything, i contacted customer support and was told if i entered my bday wrong ill have to change it.. but i cant get past the message to change anything!! no help!! completely useless!! so angry i pay so much money for a app i now cant use!

used to be a great app but it's turned out to be total garbage considering they just sell golden keys and back doors allowing anyone to access your private account for a profit
