Had a bit of bother with the app...unable to complete checkout...very frustrating...uninstall ed the app,and reinstalled...left it a while,then reordered...all fine eventually.

worst app ever. Don't they have legitimate developers working on this app? Do they use Indian developers living in India to cut off costs? Smh you'd think with how much their products cost, they would be able to pay actual useful and knowledgeable developers but I guess greed comes always first. How embarrassing.

Very slow and buggy. Cart gets emptied if the app is in the background. Great products though.

It's so slow. You don't know if you've clicked or not, so you end up waiting longer. If you click twice, you go to a different page.

Send customer an email about product arrival. Make link to the product forced to the app. Force customer to install the app. Link doesn't work. Amateurs. What kind of bdsm shopping it is? Pathetic.
