Worst customer service ever and the app is constantly having issues. Don't you dare be in the middle of a gig and need assistance its almost nonexistent. Definitely steer clear if you at all can you have been warned!!!

Your company should pay at least a dollar per mile, there are so many bad offers on here. If there's a route for 145 miles, why does a person get paid per mile $145?

the worst driver help , they don't help when they have caused a problem, all because they are worried about the delivery being done!! well when you're a courier for them they don't respond when you need help!!! Im not sitting waiting for over an hour for a $6 delivery, I shouldn't have to wait longer than 5 minutes. but an hour goes bye no response!!! some day I asked for them to help me with a return or something, because address doesn't exist!! 5 years ago they were great, they suck!!!!!!!!

app freezes up stalls to submit photos or complete pick up deliveries, no longer available gigs stay showing for long periods of time there is no support ive waited 7 days for support to connect with me during a serious situation even took screenshots proof of waiting 7 days for agent to reach out or join convo. 90% of time deliveries are extremely low pay compared to mileage and time involved. app does not support counter offers, i would take anything if pay is negotiable.
